  1. The TC100 time clock is an invaluable tool for a consultant, accountant, lawyer, or anyone else who charges by the hour while juggling multiple simultaneous projects and/or clients. I used to be a consultant, and during crunch times when I had to keep picking things up and putting them down again it was hard to keep good records so that I could charge my clients appropriately. As a result, I found myself consistently undercharging in an effort to be entirely ethical.

Having this attractive electronic time clock conveniently located on my desk next to my phone entirely eliminated the problem of undercharging. All you have to do is keep a separate time card for each project or each client. The time clock has a knob that allows you to control the line on the time card for your project or client, so you can just clock in and out one line at a time on a single time card. Because you are not automatically locked into a specific day that corresponds to a specific line on a time card, you won’t generate multiple time cards for the same project or client. At the end of a project or billing period, simply total up your time on each card, bill accordingly, and retain the card with your records as a convenient back-up in the event of a dispute.

  3. one thing that no one has mentioned is the control knob, you have to set the date manually, i was hoping it can be done automatically, so it can’t be just left there, every day you have to set in and out for your employees to print.

  4. so far doing it job of keeping track of employees hours, I understand that computers time clocks are good the problem is is hard to comply this might be an old fashion way to keep employees times but there is nothing better than having tha actual time clocked in and out, no tricks no ways to cheat, though card can be punched by a coworker is something to watch for.

  5. Absolutely love this time clock. Now have two clocks for each office location. Easy for staff to use. Changing ink is simple. Ink refills are very inexpensive. Time cards can be obtained from any office supply store and bottoms can be trimmed if needed.
